Yesterday I went to hospital with my friend. I show one guy aged near 20 years. He he'd silent attack. I was very much stress since that time. Thought that I would get same also. I have hypochondria. I have perfect blood pressure and heart rate. 120/80 and 65/hbm. I am very scare to seen that patient. Thought not going from my mind. Please help me.

Dear lybrate-user Stand in front of thee mirror and say loudly at least 10 times. I am healthy and have the strength to help many people. My heart is strong, my liver is stable and I am thankful to every opportunity that has kept me healthy and physically stable. I now have the emotional and mental strength to remain happy, alert, positive and helpful to all. Repeat it daily when you wake up and before you go to sleep. Just do it for about 30 days.
