I have a desk job and in the last 1 year my weight has gone up from 79 KGS to 90 KGS. I want to lose weight. Please help.

Avoid fried foods, sweets, junk foods like pizza, burgers, maggi, patties, etc. 2. Never skip breakfast. 3.Have small & frequent meals instead of 3 heavy meals in a day. 4. Have early & light dinner. 5. Go for atleast 30-40 minutes brisk walk or do some light exercises.
