My name is pranshu sharma and I am 23 years old. Actually my weight is increasing. I want lose my weight. Please suggest me a diet or food chart. I have a 100 kg weight and I have got a humph.

Hello lybrate-user ,yes you need to reduce your weight. Firstly reduce the amount of carbohydrates and fats in you r diet eg. Eat less of rice, chapati, sweets, avoid fried food and junk food. Eat more fruit salad and vegetables .exercise regularly and you can reduce then only.

You can start with walk or else any physical activity during the day. Take high fiber and low carb diet. Include plenty of water during the day. If you want for specific one you can go further for DNA test as well for specific diet plan. Than accordingly to that+ your blood group. These two things can give you best results.
