Hi Dr. I do jog regularly (4 times a week around 25 km) and eat protien food. By doing like this do my knees get weak soon when I become old. Do I have to take any precautions for my knees.

Yes, You can take some precautions to prevents degenerating effects on the knees. Wear good quality running shoes. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Take fish oil supplements. And maintain good posture while running. Look straight ahead and not down. Do mid foot running and do not let your heel strike the ground first.
