Hello lybrate-user. U need to reduce the amount of carbohydrates and fats in you r diet. Rice, sweets, junk food, fried food should be reduced. Instead of these add more of salads, fruits and vegetables. Drink more water, or any non sweetened areated drink like butter milk ,green tea etc and do not forget to walk or do any kind of exercise daily.
