I am a male and had sex with a woman. While having it my inner thigh was cut by her very sharp leg nails and it was bleeding. Do I need to take PEP?

NO. PEP is needed when there is unprotected sexual contact or contact of infected body fluids with other persons open wounds, or mucosa. If there has been NO contact of her blood, or her vaginal fluids with the wound, there is nothing to worry If there has been such contact, take PEP.
