My son is 25 years. He is not getting sleep at night. He gets sleep only after 4 am or even late. He sleeps till 12 pm next day. How can I regulate his sleep.

Give him an early dinner warm milk at bed time switch off all tv, mobile, laptops one hour before sleep no tea, coffee, colas after 5pm exercise during the day.
