My son has a dry cough since 8-10 days I am giving him maxtra drops ie. 5 drops twice a day but no recovery. Sometimes infind saliva on his lips too. What to do please suggest. His stool is normal. He is feeding properly on breastfeed and nan pro formula. One of my dctr advc me for maxtra.
