Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. I would advise you to get this clinically evaluated by a GI specialist to start with who may subsequently refer you to other specialists too should it require. For the time being, you can continue to have a balanced & healthy food that is low in fat, and have an active lifestyle. You can have a clove of fresh garlic along with food once daily. At the same time, do stay well hydrated, de-stress and relax on a daily basis. Hope this helps. Should this issue continue to persist despite the above-mentioned measures, you can connect with all diagnostics/ history for further naturopathic traction as would deem appropriate contextually. Do take care, and all the very best.
