I am taking powder mixture of Ashwagandha, safedmusli,gokshura, shatavari,kaunchbeej 1 teaspoon in morning and night and shilajit capsule 500 gram 2 capsule in morning and night to improve sex power anything needs to be added pls suggest. Or any herbs which similarly work as Viagra kindly let me know.

Hi, This is fine but have atleast 1 litre of milk otherwise this will create heat in the body ..... Generally , In order to improve sex power ..... below is the recommended treatment ... For 1st month have this : Stop all salty , Pungent and sour food items , limit alcohol intake . Consume the food items which have cooling effect . After following this life style for a month . Then Start Ayurvedic Strengthening Herbs (As you have mentioned) . This will have long lasting and long term effect it will cure the system
