Hi, Fat should be taken to lowest possible limit by a heart patient. Their is no role of mutton bone soup & you should avoid it. To increase bone strength check Vit D level & if low take supplement along with calcium. Diet should include minimum fat, avoid alcohol & smoking, control of blood sugar (which is most important). Thanks.
