I am suffering from anxiety from last 4 days. During evenings I cry for no reason and I get nervous a lot and my heart beat accelerates. I am not able to study as when I take my books I get nervous even more. It starts from afternoon and it is at peak in the evening. I am not going out from many days maybe thats a reason but when I started feeling this I go out for some time and feel better but now its not possible for me to go out all the time. I feel terrible at that time and many negative thoughts come in my mind. I have never experienced this and I want to get cured. Plzz suggest what should I do.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation. You can consult me for further management if required.
