Hi I am 26 years old guy from last few months my semen coming out while peeing, in starting flow is normally and once I stop peeing feel urge of peeing again but next time only semen comes out from last 2 months I have stopped masturbation also but still its coming out but when If I starts masturbation then it stops coming out while peeing. What to do please help.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, what is happening to you is a normal process happens to a lot of men. What is commonly called" night fall" coz it sometimes happens in sleep. But it can happen other wise too. It is a process of releasing sexual urges. You said it stops when you masturbate well there is your answer. You found release through. Masturbation and it stops. Don't worry about it. BUT BEFORE YOU JUMP TO CONCLUSION THAT IT IS SEMEN WHY DO not YOU GET A URINE ALALYSIS DONE AND URINE CULTURE DONE. It is simple and not expensive. Masturbation DOES NOT effect your health, or your future sex life, or your ability to have children. Masturbation does not cause this. It is a myth which is only in India. It is what we call a culture bound syndrome. Masturbation is a totally normal phenomenon. It is just a way to release your urges. Some people make use of this myth and try to make money by saying their medicines help. But it is a con. Don't fall for it .I have had patients spending close to one lakh on such quacks. With no improvement The only way to stop this feeling is to stop your belief that masturbation causes all this. Be strong don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Just believe that masturbation is normal it won't cause anything. And you will yourself notice the change. You can check with any psychiatrist they will tell you the same. What you have is called Dhat syndrome. And that will go away just by altering your belief system. You DON'T need any treatment. All this will stop when you find a regular outlet for sexual release example through marriage. When you have regular outlet it will go away. Even if is happens sometimes nothing to worry. Till then you can masturbate .It is perfectly fine.

It is due to accumulation of over amount of semen when you are not masturbation and you can do mastruabtion as it is safe
