I am 17 years old male will turn 18 in this may I masturbate on an average 2 times a week My hairs were started to turn white even before I started masturbating But after starting masturbating more hairs started to turn white day by day Is masturbating cause for my hairs turning white Is the frequency of masturbation at my age dangerous/harmful? What are its side effects? To what extent should I masturbate I am kind of addicted to masturbation, what should I do?
