During workout in the gym I got a wrist injury .i neglect that injury and continue my training. After 2 to 3 days my wrist start swelling and paining so hard that i'm unable to move my wrist. Then I use wrist brace and consult a doctor. After 1.5 months I was able to move my wrist and grip and hold every thing. But that accident was happened before 6 months. But still when I am starting workout ,after the workout again my wrist start paining and after one to two days the pain gone. I'm doing massage of oil and wrist stretching but still i'm unable to get complete cure from the injury. So it hamper my training.

Your wrist got sprained and gets relief from subsequent treatment. But the shock remains there. Continue So far you done treatment as external applications and wrist supports. Rest at least 2 months to regain wrist health. Take Rhus tox 200, 4 pills twice a day before food for 2 weeks and inform.
