Dear Yakub You are obviously suffering from hyper-acidity and indigestion. Eat your food slowly and chew it throughly before swallowing. Make sure you are avoiding all spicy, oily, stale, packaged, chilli food for atleast a month or untill this issue is resolved. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit. Give up non veg till your health improves. regards
