I am 32, delivered a boy baby through emergency cesarean 4 years before, after that I had reduced 6 kgs of weight. Again I had put on weight and weighing same weight during pregnancy, I have hypothyroid and taking thyroxine 100 mcg every day. Now I weigh 80 kgs. Please suggest me to reduce my belly fat and weight. Should I hit the gym or aerobics other than diet? Just Dieting makes me tired or bored after some days. Kindly advice.

Hi lybrate-user, There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Although right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your health condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. Workout, eat well, be patient. Your body will reward you. I would be happy to help you. Please consult me privately so that I can understand your problem in detail and device a diet plan for you.
