Water is the basic, and one of the essential thing for all living beings. It acts as a vehicle for numerous purpose in our body. Without sufficient water, our body gets dehydrated. We will move to indisposition and to sick condition. Need of water depends up on one's day to day activities, less-moderate-heavy work, indoor-outdoor works, etc. Climate conditions (For eg;- Continuous work in A/c room gets dehydration, then one should take water for refreshing.) In summer, we should take plenty of water .at least take 2-4 liters/day (depend up on sweating) Water helps in digestion, proper peristaltic movement in gut, helps absorption of nutrients from food, normal bowel movements. It also helps to eliminate simple headache, muscle cramps, even mental Tension too. Many kidney stone happens due to insufficient water intake, which lead to improper waste elimination through urine. Urine gets color change due to less water during kidney filtration. Usually we take water when we gets thirst. That is, when our cells demand it. But drinking 3-4 glass (500-600 ml) early morning after overnight sleep is usually good for body cleansing process and normal bowel movements. It also helps to detoxify cells. Thus we should consume extra water for cleansing process of our body system.
