Dear Mr. lybrate-user, Anxiety and stress is often percieved by different people in different ways. In your case, getting stressed on even small things can be suggestive of an underlying psychiatric disorder (mainly anxiety spectrum disorder). The best way forward is to get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist. Accordingly, treatment can be started in form of medications or psychotherapy. In addition, you should consider learning relaxation exercises like meditation and deep breathing. Start exercising daily. Talk to someone close to vent your feelings daily.
