Ar ha AGR aapko belly fat kaam krna h toh uske liye better hoga aap ghar ka khaana khaye, jayada se jayada paani piye, salad nd fruits khaye, 2 hrs mai kuch na kuch healthy khaye, nd physically active rhe. Yeh saari tips aapki hlp krege aapki body ko fit nd healthy rkhne k liye ma'am. Hope you take my advise forward. Ms. lybrate-user, I am sorry ,meri advice kuchh alag hai; Morning mein khali pet agar aap lemon piyengi to kuchh dino me aapko hyperacidity ho jayegi. Ye nishchit hai kyonki lemon citric acid hai. Aur khali pet lene se aag me ghee ka kaam krega !;Aur garam pani iss problem ko badhayega! Belly fat kam krne ke liye kuchh selected exercises hoti hai .koi bhi exercise jo ki stomach ki muscles ko stretch kregi aapke liye achhi hai. Sif yhi ek option hai !Fat intake to kam krna hi padega. Mere paas morning me khali pet lemon aur garam pani piney waale hyperacidity or gastric ulcer kaa treatment krwaane ke liye bahut mareej aate hai.
