Sir I am 21 years old female suffering from scalp psoriasis since childhood but these days amount of dandruff has been increased upto great extend my hairs are getting thinner day by day my hairs are lost very much .i am currently using beclo-s lotion and psoriax tabletnad better shampoo .plz give me some home remedies too which can be used on daily basis. Help me doctors.

Dear lybrate-user. Psoriasis and dandruff are two different entities. Get it confirmed with a Dermatologist once. Avoid stress/infections/oily food (in case of psoriasis). Take calcium on a regular basis.

Mix the oil/aloe vera with the essential oil. Massage the mixture into your scalp as best you can. If you have long hair, tie it up loosely in a bun and let the treatment soak into your scalp for 30-60 minutes. Shampoo your hair with a gentle aloe very shampoo and follow with an aloe vera conditioner.
