lybrate-user, if you use a cotton mattress, get rid of it and replace it with a high density polyurethane foam mattress along with a mattress protector. Similarly use polyurethane pillows with pillow protector case. Stop using brooms, but instead wet mop your bedrooms. Use wall mounted fans in place of ceiling fans.
Remember, the real patient in allergies is your environment which needs to be treated. Your body has only become hypersensitive to this environment.
