Dear Lybrate user Accept the fact that you do not have any control over all this. Find distractions for this grief. It can be your hobby or spending time with the ones you love or your areas of interest anything you like doing. Try to do things which make you happy. Also identify the things situations or people where all the memories emotions hound you and try to avoid and keep distance from such situations. When ever you feel like you are getting low distract your thoughts and also challenge your thoughts and emotions. Avoid being alone so that you do not get low. Try to keep yourself engaged. Remember in order to have a healthy mind you need to have a healthy body too. So start taking care of your body and health. Monitor your eating and sleep and improve them wherever its required. Join gym or do yoga or meditation. Think about the ones you love the most and make goals both related to you and your family members and start following them.
