Hiee. I am 27. I am facing problem loosing weight. Also I am taking facial laser hair removal treatment. So I had a mesh of hair on my sideburns. Chin.and upper lip. I am not taking any medications. But I am very stressed about my obesity. I had done gymming. But as soon as I leave it shoots back. Recently I was doing zumba plus power yoga. But right know I have taken a break. And it all came back. Also.i get bored veriee easily. I think something is wrong with my diet. I need a good diet plan. N guidance to loose weight. Currently I weigh 87 n I am 5'5"

As per your height and weight your BMI is 32.0 that is you come under obese grade 1, but do not get disappoint with proper exercise for minimum 30 - 45 minutes daily, start of with an activity which you can do for a long time and a healthy eating pattern your can definitely loose weight. But before that try to check your thyroid levels. Coming to the dietary pattern take small and frequent meals instead of 3 major meals, replace refined products like maida, white rice etc with whole cereals like brown rice and whole wheat flours and oats. Include more of fiber rich foods like raw vegetables and fruits. Avoid excess oil/fat consumption, deep fried foods, sweets and bakery items. All the best.
