I want to include fruits in my diet. But I do not like eating fruits as such. So I am making it as a fruit custard with milkmaid topping and having a bowl of it everyday. Is it good to consume custard powder daily? Will it cause any weight gain?

Custard contains starch, sugar, thickener, artificial colors etc. Milkmaid also contains high sugar and calories. Daily consumption is not good for health. It helps weight gain too. you can eat fruit chaat,. mix of 3-4 seasonal fruits etc. Custard can be taken once in a while for taste.
