Sir, I am doing dieting and my weight is 75 kg. As my height is 5 ft9 inch. I am eating rice at mid day meal and tea at 4 pm. And two roti and vegetable at dinner. That is my full day meal. But I don't lose weight what can I do sir. please suggest.

Dear lybrate-user, though you are eating healthy, what you are eating is too less for you. There are also long gaps in meals. Try to eat every 2-3 hours, drink lot of water and have seasonal fruits and vegetables.
