Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the question. The blood glucose levels mentioned are very high, showing uncontrolled diabetes. In such a situation it is essential to achieve strict blood glucose control, otherwise there can be an invitation to serious long term complications of diabetes. As regards alcohol, medically in a diabetic person alcohol should be avoided as it has no nutritious value, can mask hypoglycemic symptoms plus in large quantity can damage liver. So it is my advise to avoid it. Rest is your choice. Thanks.
