I go to gym from 5 pm to 7 pm. So I want to maintain dait beyond my small budget as shown below, Early morning 1 litre of water, after some time a raw egg or boiled egg, A cup of rooted nuts. Is my plan table ok? Or can I give better table for good improvement in body?
