Hello lybrate-user. There are many causes of bad breath. The main include the poor oral hygeine .others are, repeated stomach infection, acidity, dehydration, etc. To get rid of this. 1) maintain good oral hygeine. Use of mouthwashes, brush twice daily with fluoridated toothpaste, and floss your teeth regularly. 2) Never skip your breakfast 3) Make a habit of drinking water not less than 8-10 glasses. 4) eat less of food like onion, garlic Don't worry, hv a nice day.
