Black heads and pimples on face are to be treated for the cause so that it will not recurr after treatment. As we know the cause of pimples is usually hormonal these creams wont solve any hormonal issues. it will only cause temporary palliation of the result of these hormonal variation and not the cause. secondly we know very well from our school time whether it is common cold or cancer or black head or pimples are caused by nothing other than altered immunity. application of any creams wont improve immunity but treats them temporarily . so you need to opt for a homeopathic consultation to study your genetic make up which is the cause of your altered immunity and it has to be corrected with a apt homoeopathic medicine thus effecting a permanent cure

Hello, Stop using creams and face washes. Use natural treatments to cure your pimples permanently. I am listing some below: TEA TREE OIL: Use tea tree oil facewash twice a day followed by tea tree toner and an oil free moisturizer. LEMON JUICE: Apply fresh lemon juice on your face with a cotton ball. Leave it on for around 10 minutes then rinse with cool water. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use the mixture as a toner. Apply on your face with a cotton swab. ALOE VERA: Aloe Vera has burn-relieving properties and can promote healing, fight infection, and even reduce scarring. Scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your face. HONEY AND CINNAMON: Add half teaspoon of cinnamon powder with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply on face. Leave it for an hour, or if possible leave it overnight. Then wash off. DIET: Diet is the most important factor in dealing with any skin problem. Eat all seasonal fruits and vegetables especially citrus fruits. Drink a lot of water (5-6 litres) throughout the day.
