I masturbated yesterday, today when having sex I ejaculated after a long penetration/intercourse where the sperm count is less. Now a days I do not ejaculate much even in sex but before in masturbate also I ejaculated good amount of sperm. After three hour when I had sex again it took long time to get the climax and the sperm count was very low. I have sex once or twice and masturbation twice or thrice on monthly basis. Should I be worried about the less sperm count? What to do to increase it?
