Dear sir I got some growth near anus like piles. 20 days ago I suffered with constipation for 3 days and after that there was pricking and burning sensation whenever I passed stool and this happened until I stopped spicy food. I completely stopped spicy food and I used lidocaine ointment for 2- 3 days and I sit on Hot water tub for 4-5 times nd I felt little bit better. Now I started eating spicy food and again the growth is increasing and am getting pain and blood while defecating the first stool. So kindly please give us your valuable suggestion.
