I am not doing any exercise from the past 1 year. But now I want to start again, how should I start?

You can start with brisk walks for 30 -45 minutes daily for a week and then if you want to do gym exercises, you can start with treadmill or cardio exercises.

Start from simpler one. Go for a walk daily. After some days you can start jogging. After one week or ten days when some stamina of yours built then you can start yoga or exercise. You can do running, cycling or can do yoga postures like Surya namaskar etc.
