The food you should include in your diet are protein rich diet like full cream milk, all Milk products, pulses, Chana, chole, dry nuts. Eat fruits and vegetables. Include healthy desserts like Kheer, lassi. Try to divide your big meal into small frequent meals. In a gap of 2 to 3 hours. Include exercise in your daily routine which will help you in your muscles development.
