I am married but after marriage my wife is becoming so stout b4 marriage she is 80 n now she is 105 kgs but she eats only breakfast and lunch at dinner time she prefers to drink juice n weekend at restaurants but also she is becoming so stout cholesterol levels r good n fat content is good but also she is becoming stout is there any problem with this or any reason behind this or I have consult any good dietitian can I get good solutions for this.

Stop juices. She should eat proper food instead of crash diet and staying hungry. Eat 2-roti sabzi dal. At lunch and dinner. Take Non Veg only once a week..>> Add more Fruits /Salads to your diet.
