Hi doctor. I'm 21 years old male. I'm 5.10" height and 58 kgs weight. I'm looking so skinny. So I'm going to gym and eating protein supplement for weight gain. Also I'm eating 10 eggs per day. Is it is any problem to my health? Also tell me any other way to increase my weight without fat .plsss sir/madam.

10 eggs per day is not healthy and yu need not try to gain weight as weight gain leads to obesity.
