But now before 2 to 3 year I am facing Swapnadosh nd after that Nightfall. I already use" Acid phos 200" nd many more in homeopathic. I used Ashwagandha, sativa saved musli in Ayurvedic. At the same time I also used alopathic. But sir I cNt get relief. Sir now a days Nightfall occur daily night nd undergarments become wet. My age is 18 nd I am only 37 kg thin boy. Due to e excessive nightfall. Please suggest me sir. I am very tensed. Sir due to this nightfall I am facing Pimple problem, back problem I can't do study because due to weakness I fell sleepy all time Please sir as a son suggest me best medicine for this.
