Belly fat is one of the bad problem I am having. I am doing most exercise, jogging, enough food and lots of water to decrease it from last 6 months.

It may not be too much and you should stop worrying if you are exercising regularly. If your overall health is good then do not worry about the belly. You can include Yoga as it can be very effective to maintain a very good physique.

Hi Kiran Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.
