It will be better for you to moderate and lead a more balanced life .In the normal course you will be able to experience life in its various shades. I am 20 years old. I would like to ask you tat I have issues in my relationship. I lied to my lover for a year for my friends but never cheated him. Nw he knows everything n s ready to give a 2nd chance. But he does not trust me n s not able to love me. He s nt ready. To leave me to study n pursue my career. He says f I want career I need to leave him with ii can not bec I love him vey truly. He keeps doubting me every now n then. I. I am 22 years old person studying in college. From my childhood I was not good in interacting with people. When someone come to me and asked something I couldn't reply in a good manner. So I didn't have that much friends. Anyway I understood I was not good in socially at later 16s. I started changing my self but there where any good results (some slight changes are there). I am always dreaming about past incidents as making my self good and find pleasure in it. I visualise the same in my mind repeatedly sometimes. I was good at delivering speech during my schooling and got many prizes. But at the same time very low behavioural skills. Now in my hostel everyone teasing me but I can't oppose them. If someone asked something in a tweezing way I get silent and failing to handle the situation and sometimes I hide from that persons. In my dreams I am OK but in real situations I am far behind. Please resolve my problems and suggest me some some ideas to overcome.

I am 28 years old. I am facing some health related issue, when I am sleeping at my bed suddenly I feel dizziness in my head, but when I wake up or open my eye's it things become ok. It specifically happen when I try to sleep facing my left side. Certain times it feels like my heart beat and breath frequency arises very high. Say a prayer or sit in silence for 5 minutes when you feel totally relaxed then go to bed. A good nights sleep is important for physical, emotional and mental well being. Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, nice of you to write about your issue, following are some ways in which you can enhance your memory. Live your life moment by moment and pay attention to all that is happening to you. If you are studying something focus your mind on it. You will remember something you learned if you focus on it adequately. In case there is noise or disturbance around go to a quite place and continue your studies. Try to involve more than one sense in the moment information like color, texture, smell etc. Write down the information learnt or read out loud what you want to remember. Relate the information learnt to something you already know. Form simple co relations in the mind connecting the information learnt to a subject, color, fruit etc. Rehearse the information learnt to someone else in your own words. Answer any questions on the subject when asked by others. Make a daily re view of all the information learnt in brief (short point form) daily before sleep. Above all relax and enjoy each moment and all that is happening to you. All the best.

Invest some time in your self and develop your own long term and short term goals. Try to live your life according to the goals you have set for your self. During the course of your life you will come across some people with whom you will have common interests or with whom you can share your feelings. Develop friendship and relationships with such people. Always remember that the other person is also looking for some one to talk to or share his/ her feelings.
