Its tough to take care of two kids. But still you need to take some time off for yourself. Join an Aerobics or Zumba class with at least 4/5 classes a week. If this is not available join a Gym And do Cardio exercises for 30-40 mins everyday. Cut down on Oils/Ghee/Sugars/Colas/Juices/Namkeen If you want personalized plan you can consult privately.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Hye, thanks for the query. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: the key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Hello, If the diet is incorrect,sadly no supplements can work for you. Eat high calorie meals at regular intervals. Full cream milk shakes,yogurts,dried fruits,lean chicken,tofu,soyabean,fish,eggs will help you. Rest is very important.Have 1 scoop of threptin micromax powder in 1 glass warm milk twice a day,that should help you. 1 fistful of having mixed nuts will also prove to be beneficial.

No problem with ghee and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Do regular exercise like push up,yoga,plank.Eat small amount of food.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Use watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take protein foods to reduce extra weight.Use healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do not sleep immediately after meals.

My wife is fat, she often complains that her lower abdomen pains when there is more pressure on her stomach. She is gaining weight due to Hormone imbalance. Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello madam / sir I am going to be 25 in November and I am just married. Having few bad habits smoking, sometimes alcohol and sometimes junk food also. But I am also work out person, I lift heavyweights in gym and my weight is 76-77 kg. Can you please suggest me how to continue my fitness and keep my body much energetic and stamina full. I have left gym since my marriage function now I want to start again but towards real fitness instead of heavy weight lifting and body building.

Hello, You need to quit alcohol and smoking completely. They just won't help. You need to start with a scratch and gradually restart exercise schedule. Fitness should be mandatory and should not be compromised under any circumstances.

Hallo sir, You have mentioned that you are doing desk job. I hope you are IT prof. If you are sitting continuously for long hours, daily, it is a serious reason for your weight gain. Gaining weight will be due to - Type of food. If you have fast food on daily basis. Timing of having good food. (specially missing Morning breakfast, having HEAVY food after 8 pm) Lack of exercise. Lack of sound sleep. Sitting Jobs. Mental stress. Are some major problem. Before taking any medicine. Please correct, any of the above reasons if you have. Type of food- do not stop intake of food all of a sudden, which is very unhealthy. Increase fibrous food more. Reduce carbohydrate. Do not sit continuously for hours. Take a walk in between. Try to have dinner before 8 PM, Light food. And ABOVE ALL. Be patient. Gaining weight will be faster, but to loss that is slower. And the slow method is healthier. Thank you.

The skinny person does not shy away from food. Gradually weight gain is always advisable. You r only 24 years. Exercise is must for you. Participate in a balanced mix of cardip, weight training and flexibility exercises. You may take dietary supplement but balanced diet is must you must take protein, carbs and fats, nuts and dairy products. Protein is the key of muscles.

Your diet should be rich in calcium especially since menopause might have set in. Milk, curd, green leafy vegetables, tofu are good sources of calcium. Preferably low fat milk and curds. Increase intake of soya products as it will get converted to oestrogen. Protein and carbohydrate normal intake. Limit fat intake and avoid fatty foods. Fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals.
