I am 33 year old and suffering from cough (gale ki kharash) from last 6 months. I had chest x ray and some blood and urine tests and all are normal. I had consulted doctors and have taken medicines like monteculast and levocetrizine tablets for 10 days. However, the problem is still there. Can someone pls suggest some remedy.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-coff and glyzyrrhiza glabra 1x - both thrice a day daily for 4 days. Management: - avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -avoid exposure to air-conditioner or cold air (wrap a warm stole or muffler around neck). -avoid excessive or rough use of your voice/ shouting. -gargle with warm water and salt 3 times a day and take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. Home remedies for cough: -stir some into some hot tea for comforting cough relief. You can also eat a spoonful of honey before bed to help calm coughs. -warm saltwater gargles help moisturize your throat, which can quiet coughs. -drink peppermint tea to help relieve coughs. -brew a eucalyptus tea by steeping a few fresh or dried eucalyptus leaves in hot water for 15 minutes. Drink this tea up to 3 times a day to help soothe a sore throat and calm coughs. -make a hot ginger tea to help soothe a chronic cough. -turmeric is a traditional cough remedy that many people have found effective for coughs. Try mixing half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk. You can also try turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey for dry cough.

I have a very tight foreskin. When erect, if I retract it back, I am not able to bring it to normal easily. I am very stressed because of it. Is there any way to loosen the foreskin.

Yes, there are multiple ways. Depends on actual 'tightness. Sometimes we give local drugs. Sometimes, we advise circumcision

If there is confirmed diabetes, the only way to treat it is to take modern medicines - anti diabetes drugs either oral or insulin injections or both depending upon the need. Other medical therapies are at the most can be used as supportive treatments. Along with proper drugs, exercise and diet control are also very important. Plus please understand there is no cure for diabetes. In some ads people claim they cure diabetes, this is totally false. If anyone cures diabetes then he will get nobel prize for that. So do not go by any adds. There are some ayurvedic medicines being advertised none of them have been tried like modern medicines on human beings in double blind trials. Only some animal trials are done. So better not to go by adds. Thanks for the question. Th.

I have pcod problem. I went hospital. And taking tablets. But still I have my period to long days.
Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. The most common symptoms are: Acne.Weight gain and trouble losing weight.Extra hair on the face and body.Thinning hair or even hair loss on scalp.Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. Even losing 5kg may help get your hormones in balance, regulate your menstrual cycle and can make you ovulate.

If your sugars are under control, can take once in a while, but don’t take it after or before your immunosuppressants.
