lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Sorry to know that you have PCOD, Hypothyroidism and Diabetes. However, there is no need to worry. All three can be effectively controlled and a normal healthy life can be led. Since no ther details are mentioned like: fasting, PP blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, TSH, T4 & T3 levels, menstrual cycle details, weight, height and menstrual details, it is difficult to comment. Also there is no mention of any current treatment or details of drugs being taken. So I am unable to comment any further. Thanks.

Hi A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

I had on sex on 19 December 2017 and I took ipill before 72 hrs and my period came on 9 January 2018 and after my period should come on 7 feb 2018 bt still it didn't came so am I pregnant or ipill side effects is there?

As u have ur normal period after having sex soo there is no chance of pregnancy,delay may be due to some other causes

Hi you need to follow the routine with cleansing the face with cleanser. Apply suncreen in morning and moisturizer in evening and night. Nutritious diet, fruits and plenty of water is also required to maintain good skin texture.

As the New Year begins, the one fruits which also makes its appearance in abundance is the grapes. The black/purple and the green variety, seeded and seedless, are all over the place. Given the weather slowly changing from winter, they seem like the best thing to beat the summer heat. And yes, they are. Not just for overall health, they are also great for the skin and hair. Read on to know more.

Benefits of grapes for skin:

  1. When the sunscreen lotion does not help much and sunburn happens, the one of the best home remedies is to apply mashed grapes for about 30 minutes. The grapes are rich in antioxidants (proanthocyanidins and resveratrol). They reduce the damage caused by ultraviolet radiation and also reduces cell damage caused by excessive skin exposure.
  2. Rubbing the grape pulp on the face for about 20 minutes can help reverse and control antiaging better than any chemical treatment. It reduces the effect of free radicals which lead to fine wrinkles and dark spots.

My stools are not normal from few days. They pass out in spherical shape. Please advise me is it ok or not?

It is ok. It occurs If you are not taking fibers rich diet or not taking plenty of water or not doing any sort exercise chance of spherical shape stool.

My last periods date was 9oct and I had sex where no penetration took place on 20th oct. But genitals got rubbed on outer surface. I did pregnancy test on 1st nov. Which showed negative result. My mensuration cycle is not less than 30-32 days. Do I need to check again for pregnancy? Or this result is accurate?

So your expected period date hasn't come yet then the test results may vary, you should test it after you miss the period, after 4-5 days of expected date of your period,
