Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise Constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

your condition herpes simplex..i.e. viral infection... in this fever you can take ..tab. acivir 800mg 5 times a day. take only tab. parcetamol 650 mg thrice a day. use ointment. acivir on herpes marks. tab. cetirizine 10 mg once a day for itching . for 5 to 7 days. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever.

Hello. 1st thing aap healthy food khayiye. Oily fatty refined food khana bilkul avoid kariye. Take tea only 2 cup. If possible then drink green tea. Maximum intake of water. Kitna b body me laziness ho but aap will power strong kariye ki aapko khana khake rest nhi krna. Walk karni h kuch b khake. Apna vitamine D and thyroid test karayiye. Jab b job k beech me time mile tab body stretching kariye walk kariye.

Take lycopodium 200 phosphorus 200 and arnica shampoo and jaborandi hair oil. And apply mixture of almond oil + olive oil +coconut oil. For your hair and eat protein diet and plenty if water. Homeopathic treatment.

Homoeopathic treatment aucare complexion drops (wolfe dietri) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. Whitening cream (biovalley) apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night whitening soap (biovalley) wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap papaya pack (bakson) daily apply on face directly in evening when you think you r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Ferrum sip syrup (sbl) 2 spoons twice daily diet daily cucumber in salad 1 apple /200 gm papaya/500 gm watermelon daily consume lots of water daily 2 glass milk daily.

Don't worry about the smell. Apply it 3-4 times on ulcers. Avoid oilly n spicy food. Don't worry if you swallow some.

Hello. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. To count your steps buy a pedometer from market it’s a cheap gadget. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime as you are very young. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly, along with rinsing (kulla). This will not just help you in losing weight but will keep you away from 48 diseases of stomach which comes from the acids produced in stomach. Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Thanks.
