If the reports are normal you need to do few flexibility exercises along with core and back muscle strengthening exercises twice a day for 15 to 20 days. This will improve you back strength and flexibility and pain will be relieved soon. Take care.

Chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. 6. Keep your blood sugar controlled. 7. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. 8. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG/proctoscopy done. 9. मोटापा कम करने के छोटे-छोटे दादी माँ के नुस्खे:

अपनी पसंदीदा रेसेपी को ना कहने से लेकर, सुबह जिम तक जाने की जहमत उठाने के लिए तैयार हैं आप। मोटापा कम करने के लिए आपने अपनी पूरी दिनचर्या को बंदिशों में बांध दिया है।आप अक्सर सोचते होंगे कि आप एक्सरसाइज भी काफी करते हैं, डाइटिंग पर भी अक्सर रहते ही हैं, फिर भी वजन कम नहीं हो रहा।
मोटापा कम करने के लिए छोटी-छोटी बातों का खास खयाल रखने से आप काफी हद तक अपना वजन नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं।

आइये हम आपको मोटापा घटाने के कुछ ऐसे छोटे-छोटे नुस्खों के बारे में बतायें, जो बेहद ही आसान हैं:
खाने का तरीका
मोटापा घटाने के लिए अपने आहार पर तो हम सभी ध्यान देते हैं, लेकिन आहार के सेवन का क्या तरीका है, इस बात को हम महत्व नहीं देते। खाने का सही तरीका है पहले सलाद व सब्जि़यां, उसके बाद दिन का या रात का खाना खायें। स्नै‍क्स को ऐसे स्थान पर ना रखें, जहां पर आपकी नज़र बार-बार पड़े।

प्रोटीन का सेवन
सुबह के नाश्ते में प्रोटीन का सेवन करें। दूध प्रोटीन का अच्छा स्रोत है, तो सुबह उठते ही एक गिलास दूध पीयें। प्रोटीन के सेवन के बाद आप स्नैक्स ले सकते हैं|
व्यायाम भी ज़रूरी है
व्यायाम को अपनी जीवनशैली का हिस्सा बनायें। सुबह हो या शाम, कुछ समय व्यायाम को ज़रूर दें। ज़रूरी नहीं कि आप घंटों व्यायाम करें, आधे घंटे का व्यायाम भी बहुत है। अगर आपको साइक्लिंग का, खेलने का या नाचने का शौक है, तो यह आपके लिए और भी अच्छा है।

फ्रूट जूस नहीं, फल
खाना मोटापा कम करने में मददगार होता है। आमतौर पर लोग बाजार में मिलने वाले पैक्ट जूस पीते हैं जिससे मौजूद कृत्रिम मीठा वजन घटाता नहीं बढ़ा देता है। आप केवल फूट जूस की जगह फल खाकर अपना वजन कम कर सकते हैं।

दही खाएं
दही खाने से भी वजन कम हो सकता है। ज्यादा दही खाने वालों का वजन तेजी से घटता है या कम बढ़ता है। दही में कैल्शियम और प्रोटीन फैट को कम करने में सहायक होता है, लेकिन दही या तो टोंड या स्किम्ड मिल्क की हो या फिर दूध की मलाई उतार कर जमाएं। दही रात को न खाएं। सुबह या लंच में बेहतर रहता है।

पर्याप्त नींद लें
नींद पूरी होना बहुत जरूरी है। हाल ही में नींद के संबंध में आई एक स्टडी के अनुसार कम सोने से मोटापा बढ़ाने वाले जीन प्रोत्साहित होते हैं। नौ घंटे सोने वालों के मोटापे के जीन सो जाते हैं

Protein is important after work out, not as an additional diet but to avoid eating heavy food for dinner or snacks. It is a healthy replacement. Make sure that milk you have does not have too much sugar. (do not take more than 2tea spoon sugar a day, it includes sugar in sweetened cookies/chocolates/candy etc.)

First avoid sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks as the main ingredient is glucose and fructose.These turns into fat.Instead of these eat lots of fruits and vegetables which will help to burn fat.Use whole wheat,whole grain,oats.Take small amount of food.Do not skip meals.Eat egg,fish,lentil,cottage cheese,mushroom,tofu,peas,peanut.Use healthy fat in cooking in small amount.You can use coconut oil for loosing weight.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Take lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Take stress free rest.

No, it is called water retention, take less salt and more potassium rich fruits like oranges, lemon water to increase the urine output, retention will not be felt, avoid fats also as fats too require lots of water to get digested and some water is retained by the body. Reduce weight by good diet + exercise, it will indirectly help you to remain healthy with no water retention and no swellings.

Paraesthesia: Causes & Treatments

Often paraesthesia is caused due to the needle injury. When the dentist inserts the needle for a block, the patient might experience a sharp sensation on the tongue equivalent to that of an electric shock. This is known as paraesthesia and is defined as a change in the sensation or anesthesia that is persistent and the duration generally extends. This condition cannot be prevented and is a complication in some patients who undergo a dental treatment. Though it is commonly seen in the implant therapy, paraesthesia is more of a dental malpractice.

The feeling of the electric shock is felt when the needle comes in close contact with a nearby nerve. This is enough to develop paraesthesia. Severing of the nerves with a local anesthesia and small gauge needle is uncommon. The exact cause of paresthesia has not been ruled out, but it is believed that the block happens because of using 4% solutions of local anesthesias. In case a paresthesia occurs, then it usually gets resolved within some days, weeks or months, but if it lasts for more than 6-9 months, then it is considered to be permanent.

When the paraesthesia is due to a surgical trauma, then getting help from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon is recommended. They assess that if a surgical intervention can be used to fix the problem. In case the paraesthesia is due to the anesthesia given locally by the dentist, then he/she does the following:

  1. Patient Management: Reassurance of the patient is must as they get jittery about the situation. The dentist often speaks about the condition with the patient personally. The patient is made to understand how a paraesthesia might have occurred and how much time it would take to resolve. This is also recorded in the patient book so as to avoid any such incidents in the future.
  2. Examination of the patient: The dentist should discuss the whole phenomenon and procedure of how paraesthesia can take place. It is important to let the patient know that the condition subsides, but it might take some time. The extent and the degree of paraesthesia should be assessed and the findings should be noted in the examination records.
  3. Follow up with patient: It is the dentist's duty to keep a tab on the follow up with the patient. The patient should go for a re-checkup within 1 month of developing a paraesthesia and then again in 1-2 month intervals. The visits could be more and can last until the paraesthesia completely resolves. Improving signs and symptoms usually promise that the paraesthesia is getting better. If paraesthesia is still persistent, then help from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon should be taken for a surgical approach.

I had gone through CHD (hole in the heart) closure surgery. Due to overprotection I couldn't get through physical activities like running skipping etc. Now when I try it, after doing running skipping and all for 20 30 days, I am having short breadth and again when stop my physical exercises, after month or two I again become normal without any medicine doing only pranayam and breath based yogas. So what should I do next and what may be the problems? Should not I trey these things.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent.
