My son heavy cold, running nose, cough. His age 1.9 months. He troubles to inhale via nose. Kindly advice.
Use medicated nasal drops, otrivin pediatric for a few days. Also give steam inhalation using a vaporizer. Visit a pediatrician if this doesn't work.

I am 5.7 in height my weight is. 62 kg my breast size are very large I am breastfeeding my 2 nd some month old son .My breast are very loose also. Can I drink green tea other home remedies to reduce my breast size is it affect my breastfeeding.

Certified Childbirth Educator, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
Mother and Child Care, Greater Noida
I would not recommend any of these. Big breasts can be challenging while breastfeeding but the best thing to do is get guidance to adjust position and latching.

These are substitution errors. Misarticulations in speech. They can be corrected with speech therapy. Not a major problem.

Ahan is 2 month baby boy. He vomits several times a day I want to know the reason and a good medicine.

Diploma in Child Health (DCH), F.I.A.M.S. (Pediatrics)
Pediatrician, Muzaffarnagar
Ahan is 2 month baby boy. He vomits several times a day I want to know the reason and a good medicine.
His weight 5 kg is fine that indicates, he is getting sufficient feed. What you are calling vomiting, it may be regurgitation which is quite common. There is no need of medicine. Burping solves the problem usually. You need no to worry so long baby is gaining wt.

Hi Can I give water to my 51/2 months baby? if yes then what should be the quantity given to him?

MD - Paediatrics, MBBS
Pediatrician, Bangalore
Milk contains a lot of water. No need to give water till the child starts eating dry food, or passes less urine due to loose motion or vomiting.

Hi, my daughter is 4. 5yrs and she is suffering from adenoids and due to that she snores and vomits thick sputum. She does not takes much fluids. Can you please suggest some medicine or treatment?

Pediatrician, Pune
If the adenoids are source of recurrent infections, she may require a good dose of antibiotics, her environment need s to be clean with smoke, dust and allergen free, obviously along with good exercise and a healthy nutritious diet, if inspite of best efforts, the problems are persisting, she may require an adenoidectomy if they cause problem with sleep, with mouth breathing, protrusion of teeth.

It's normal. Don't give anything. If you have started weaning, offer pomegranate or apple juice in small amount.
