Might be because of weak back muscles/ longer duration of sitting continuously/ lifting some heavy weight/ incorrect posture/ may be deficiency of vit d. Precautions- avoid sitting continuously. Avoid lifting heavy weight. Do hot fomentation start doing back muscles strengthening exercises. Correct posture. Still pain doesn't subside, visit doctor.

Every morning I wake up with back pain. Different place every time. It subsides after some time only appears when sleep in night. It had made my countless nights not sleep worthy. What should I do?

The pain that you're feeling every morning may be attributed to the lifestyle or the type of work that you do. However try taking the stretches of back muscles before going to bed and repeat the same before getting off from bed. You'll be much more relaxed. You can also go for hot fomentation with hot water bottle. Though you've given very little information about your pain and you haven't written anything about the work that you do. But this will definitely help.

You can go for following remedy it will help you mix triphala powder in water. Keep it away for half an hour. Add a table spoon of pure honey. Have this in early morning daily. Raw onion dish eaten daily also can fix the matter. Have sweet soup made up of black gram. Combine black gram, rice, wheat and long pepper in equal quantities. Grind them to form powder. Fry the mixture in pure clarified butter so cook it with milk. Eat when adding sugar to that. Causes: consistent with ayurvedic concepts, nightfall is because of vata irritation. Quickness is the primary nature of vata. Its affectability is expanded by over considering sex. So for the curing of nightfall vata ought to be cured and adjusted. Overindulgence in sexual considering, constipation, unhealthy diet, low water intake are likewise a percentage of the fundamental driver of the nightfall. This will help with your concern.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Sir, you can continue Ayurveda. U can take medications for pain relief, either Ayurvedic or Allopathic or Homeopathic, according to your choice, but only after consulting the doctor and getting prescription. Still, I'll suggest avoid medicines unless you have excruciating, intolerable pain. Go for physiotherapy. It'll give you results, may be slowly but surely. And without medication. Also Physiotherapy uses Therapeutic Yoga, which are exercises similar to Yoga asanas, but designed to suit individual patient needs, and that's better for you than regular Yoga coz you should only do those exercises which will benefit you.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I would suggest to adopt Yoga by learning and practicing half an hr a day with five to ten minutes meditation initially. That will solve it.

Pain leg is common. Kindly rule out diabetes & vitamin d deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Proper physiotherapy will help. Medicines will also be needed. Antioxidants like caldikind plus (from mankind) 1 tab /day helps. Paracetamol 250mg bd/tds will also give you relief kindly make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients of the brands you are going to take.

Hello, I woke up one morning with every finger aching, and one continued aching for now about 7 months and it goes blue and purple and hurt alot, mostly when it is cold weather, could you tell me what this could be? This needs to be evaluated with few tests. Usually pain in ln smaller joints occur due to several reasons and there are chances of Rheumatoid arthritis or they may be due to some post-viral fever arthralgia etc. Also blueness of fingers in cold whether may be due to some condition like Reynaud's disease hence this needs to be evaluated with full set of symptoms hence please write back to me in more detail with all symptoms and associated symptoms to rule out the condition and advise you further.

Any muscle or group of muscles are susceptible to anxiety and stress caused tension and pain. Once the muscles are strained, they can spasm and'lock up, which can cause even greater pain and immobility, such as that commonly associated with chronic back pain. The long-term solution to anxiety and stress caused chronic back pain is reducing your anxiety and your body’s stress sufficiently so that your body stops exhibiting chronic back pain symptoms. Some short-term remedies that might also help alleviate chronic back pain: Anything that reduces your body’s stress can help, such as deep relaxation, rest, and getting good sleep. Regular light to moderate exercise can also help loosen tight muscles, such as those responsible for chronic back pain. Heat (heat causes tight muscles to loosen). Having a warm bath. Have a massage. Vibrator on the back (vibration can help loosen tight muscles and stop muscle spasms). Avoiding stimulants (stimulants stress the body). Muscle relaxants. Gentle/mild stretching. Slowing down a hectic schedule or lifestyle. Taking some time off so that your body can reduce its stress. And so on. Again, anything that can help reduce the body’s stress and relax muscles, can help alleviate chronic back pain.

Backache is usually due wrong posture during sitting or sleeping driving bike for long duration is one of cause of backache if your driving avoid for some days get your L.S Spine (APand lateral) X-ray done use lumbosacral belt while sitting and walking tab mahyograjgugul 250 mg twice a day lid dashmularist 20 ml +40 ml water twice a day after meals daily before bath gently massage with mahanarayan oil and hot water fomentaion at back keep your bed flat sitting posture correct.

Hello- yes, this is complication of your ulcer. The pain reflex of your ulcer is radiating towards your rib cage. >do consult your doctor regarding this issue or use- kamdudha ras 1 tab twice daily.

Live all types of food out side. Take simpal home made food with green vegitabales, salad, take fiber food as much as you can. Take 1 calcium tablet or capsule with milk after dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, best for you cycling. Massaje narayan taila (mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) both legs, knees. For more medicinal advice
