Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Yes it is useful in decreasing the dark spots but only Limcee will not help. You need to apply creams to decrease pimples and dark spots

I try to weight loss. I skip my break fast and dinner. But I taken total 2 eggs and one glass cow milk. Breakfast time and dinners time. It's good for me. How many eggs taken safe for the day. I take total 4 to 5 eggs for a day. Please guide me sir.

Being on the weight loss idea. Its not tat much advisable to take 4 -5 eggs per day. Limit it to 1-2 in a week. Take lot of fruits n veggies in the form of salads n juices. For better stamina. For detailed diet charts. Pls ping me.

Am a good eater. But still I was soo lean. And always tired. Why this is happen to mee?
For weight gain & improved health: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry/omlette/egg scramble/french toast, fatty fish, chicken 2. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before meal) 3. Avoid junk foods & empty calorie snacks 4. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment without distractions 5. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 6. Practice strength exercises daily to increase lean mass- bench press, push up, squat, etc. 7. Get a thyroid profile test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.

I am diabetic since last 2 years. Now I have leg burning issue as well as lots of pain in legs. Also knee paining. Doctor found no pulse in legs. What are solutions for said issues.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the problem could be damge to blood vessels supplying to lower limb. To confirm how serious is the problem it is essential to get a colour doppler test as well as angeiography of lower limb vessels. With that it is possible to asses the extent of blood supply. Plus it is vital to have excellent blood sugar control with fasting near 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% <7. You are very young, so get these investigations and consult a vascular surgeon along with your diabetologist.

Don't have food in your food court. Taste very little sample of dishes if required. Start physical activity along with low calorie diet.

Hello, weight gaining in healthy way is very important. Take frequently meal and increase milk products because you need more calcium. And also increase carbs and protein.
