Take some multivitamin capsule daily for 2-3 months. Take diet on rich with regularly season fruits, vegetables, milk, sprouts, dals, green vegetables, salad - mooli, gazar, tomato, cucumber, sprouts, etc. It will help you a lot.

Japanese fever or Japanese encephalitis is a disease spread through vmosqito bites symptoms usually take 5to15 days to drvolop and include fever,headeche, vomiting ,confusion, and difficult moving symptoms that develop later include swelling around the brain. Japanese encephalitis is transmission bto humans through the bite of infected culrx species mosquito particularly culex tritaeniorhynchus.it vaccine preventable encephalitis in Asia and western specific..there is no specific treatments for zJE treatment involves management of the symptoms. there is no evidence of person to person spread of JE.. diagnosis is made by a blood test.

Snoring occurs due to 1. Obstruction of flow of air through mouth and nose as in obesity, nasal obstruction due to polyp, dns, sinusitis, 2. Alcohol, use of sleeping pill 3. Smoking, consumption of tobacco. 4. Consult ent specialist to exclude nasal causes of snoring 5. Reduce your weight if overweight.

Hello, We all get exposed to the same environment, but all of us doesn't get affected by it! Why - because of different immune system. So, if a person has a strong immune system, we are protected from the attack of any virus or bacteria! A healthy, nutritious and balanced diet along with exercise will give you that. A healthy and strong immune system prevents us getting any diseases even a simple cough and cold. So, to build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1. Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2. Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These" good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3. Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4. There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4. Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Examples of antioxidants are Beta Carotene (apricots, broccoli, beets, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, and carrots), Vitamins C (berries, broccoli, nectarines, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower) and E (broccoli, carrots, nuts, papaya, spinach, and sunflower seeds), Zinc (oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, and seafood), and Selenium. 5. Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, and helps your immune system to function more efficiently. In addition to supplements, you can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, chilis, and squash. 6. Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7. Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8. Stop smoking and Limit alcohol consumption. 9. You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10. Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month. Symptoms of malaria; Malaria is an acute febrile illness. In a non-immune individual, symptoms appear 7 days or more (usually 10–15 days) after the infective mosquito bite. The first symptoms – fever, headache, chills and vomiting – may be mild and difficult to recognize as malaria. If not treated within 24 hours, P. Falciparum malaria can progress to severe illness, often leading to death. Diet for typhoid: Typhoid results in gastrointestinal conditions and so it is important to follow a diet that contains foods that are easy to digest. Slightly overcooked rice along with yogurt should be included in a diet for typhoid patients as rice contains a small amount of fiber that helps to regulate the digestive system while yogurt contains healthy cultures that reduce the severity of stomach flu. Avoid milk as it is tougher to digest and is likely to aggravate diarrhea. Juices and carbohydrate rich items such as steamed fruits are very important. Homemade vegetable soups with no additional spices. Buttermilk and softened soda crackers are good options while bland rice pudding, porridge, and custard are also good typhoid foods. Foods to be avoided: Avoid high fiber foods like whole grains and raw vegetables as these can place additional stress on your digestive system. When you have typhoid, foods to avoid also include vegetables like cabbage, capsicum and turnip as these can cause bloating and gas. Avoid all spices as far as possibly, especially hot seasonings such as pepper, Cayenne and chili powder. Include yogurt and eggs as they are easier to digest. Vegetarians can start to include lentils, legumes and even cottage cheese, in their diet.

Figs are mainly made of polyunsaturated fats, which add healthy calories to your diet. Also, figs contain a good amount of carbohydrates that will help you gain weight. Soak five to six dried figs in water overnight. The next day, eat them in two parts during the day. Do this daily for about a month. Alternatively, soak two dried figs overnight in milk and eat it before breakfast. Follow this routine for two months.

Hello, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hi, take diet which is not too spicy and oily. Include more amount of fruits. Include dates, but not daily. Rice and dal should be included in daily dinner. Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated after that in short intervals.

pigmentation is due to overproduction of melanin by the pigment cells, melanocytes, which is taken up by the keratinocytes (epidermal melanosis) and/or deposited in the dermis.pigmentation may be due to autoimmune diseases and allergies,hormonal imbalance,any infection or skin disease.treatment for discolored skin patches depends on the underlying cause. If there is finds an underlying health condition,it attempt to treat that particular condition first. The skin discoloration may be resolved with medical treatments or home remedies.you can try some home remedy like. Over-the-counter creams: Vitamin A or E creams can help reduce the appearance of skin discoloration and boost overall skin health. Lemon juice: Apply lemon juice twice per day to lighten skin areas that have darkened. This may reduce the appearance of discolored skin patches in six to eight weeks. Home remedies- 1. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 2. Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves and wash off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars of old pimples. 3. Apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This also adds shine to your skin. Note: eat salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. Minimise sugar consumption (especially chocolates, sweets, sugar in tea). Start using a herbal shampoo and kallonji oil. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. Yogasanas- sarvangasana, vajrasana, shavasana, anulom-vilom pranayam. Do meditation.

For hair fall take tab. Keraglo Eva once daily for 3 months. Use hair spray Qilib women 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month. Check blood test for Haemoglobin.

if you take alcohol then you have to stop drinking. you have to check your renal functions by doing appropriate blood investigations. because if your renal functions are not satisfactory then your uric acid will remain high
