How to easily brightening and shining Face in fast, Give me simple methods. Expense no problem.
Fairness face pack with rice flour, honey & tea water Mix half table spoon of honey with one cup of tea water and two table spoons of rice flour. Mix all of the ingredients well and dab on your face by giving massage strokes. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then remove it out by scrubbing the mask in circular motions. Scrubbing is necessary to remove the dead skin cells, which will help to get the fair tone. Rice flour in the face pack acts as a scrub and removes the dead skin where as honey is known famous for its skin moisturizing properties.

Take Tablet metrogyl 400 mg every eight hours for five days and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water.

Hello- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. 2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. 5. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help. 6. Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or a tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism by 3-11%. 7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. 8. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones. 9. Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Strange, but it works. 10. Get a good night’s sleep, every night. Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is important.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp...Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

Due to stress your digestion is affecting day by day causing body pain etc take medication for stress eat satwik home food to fight against stress which is main cause for your problem take deep long breathing regularly atleast during stress time.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Hi, I'm suffering from a disease called sleeping warts on my whole face since last 7-8 years. I was consultant for the same with homeopathic, allopathic dermatologist doctors. But not satisfied till now. Dermatologists suggest me to apply Trunex & Retino-A 0.5% on my face and tablet levamisole (150mg) & Aquasol A 10D. These gel reduce my warts little bit but clear. The treatment you mentioned is correct. Warts are of several kindssome warts are due to infection and others are due to a metabolic condition like diabetes. I recommend you follow methods that enhance facial and hand hygiene and check your sugar levels. Get tested for fasting blood sugar or hba1c test. Continue above said treatment.

Hi, take Nux vomica 200, 5 drops , daily at night. Mix 10 drops of Zingiber Q in 1 glass of warm water and do gargles once daily. Chew fennel seed after having your meals. Revert me after 10 days.

  2. Wake up with the sun: An early start to the day keeps you from feeling dull and tired and boosts your energy levels. This also prevents build-up of toxins in your body and helps keep circulation and internal communication lines clear. 
  3. Go outdoors: Start your day by taking a walk outdoors early morning. This releases positive neurohormones that elevate your mood and activates the body's energy centres.

Hello Doctor! I am 20 years old female. Let me start from the beginning. I got asthma attack when I was 9 years old, and was treated well which made me completely fit within 1 year. But the problem started today when I smoked cigarette for the first time with friends and after like 3 hours I started taking deep breath while speaking! Now my question is, will this one time smoking cause a long time effect, will I get asthma attacks regularly like before even after using inhaler? Please help me. * I USE ESIFLO 125 INHALER. Dear lybrate-user, No, this one time smoking will not make your asthma worse. You will find relief with inhalers. Probably you were allergic to smoke in any form. That precipitates asthma. That happened with cigarettes today. Thank God, this one time smoking served as deterrent to smoking in your life. Find a partner who is a non smoker, so that you will not get frequent asthma attacks after marriage. All the best.
