Hi, homoeopathic medicines can help you in relieving the symptoms, but get x-ray done to know the exact cause of your problem. Take hypericum 30 and arnica 200 - both 2 times a day daily. Physiotherapy would also help you along with these medication.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

Running puts a high level of repetitive stress on the back, and for those with lower back problems it is particularly important to take measures to reduce the strain on the lower back. The following tips are advisable for runners, especially for those who are susceptible to low back pain do a thorough warm-up prior to beginning a run stretch the hamstrings (the large muscles in the back of the thigh) twice daily to minimize stress across the low back muscle toning and strength training are also important, particularly with the core muscles of the back cross training is useful, so as not to get into an overuse syndrome wear comfortable, supportive shoes try to avoid running on cement if running consistently brings on back pain symptoms, an evaluation with a spine specialist, including x-rays and perhaps an mri, can be useful to determine the source of that pain.

I am 30 years old and have one son of 7 years and my husband wanted second child and I was not ready. I also have lower back pain problem that I have consulted with physician and certain exercises are asked to follow. I am a teacher and confused of second babies responsibility with all other responsibilities and I have a joint family so will this decision of second child be right or not and is it safe for my body as I have lower back pain.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching stretch. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, aSUsing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. Hello Dr. I am having too much pain in my runner knee coz I start running in morning from last week.
Hii As you have started running suddenly, the knee has begun to hurt. Its always advisable to start running slowly and then progress even more slowly over weeks. It takes time to achieve desired results. Do not increase the workload all of a sudden. Also, it is very important to do a proper warm up and stretches before starting your running. Cool down period after exercise is also very helpful in preventing pain. To know more about warm up and stretches you can consult me privately. You can meet a physio directly to have a detailed evaluation of your flexibility, strength etc. However its good that you have started running, keep going but slow and steady. Good luck.

I have right hand pain I cannot judge my self weather is it cervical spondylitis or migraine. If it is cervical spondylitis means can I use the tablet called NAPROXEN 250 mg morning and night please doctor help me. If use this tab means l have relief from this pain.
