How to have a proper and safe sex so as to avoid pregnancy and diseases provided not to use condoms?
To avoid pregnancy there are alternatives like pills and intra uterine devices. But for preventing diseases sexually transmitted using condoms is the only way apart from having a stable single partnership.

Yes lybrate-user. It has to be inserted at bed time and leave it. Sometimes you may find it coming out while passing urine so insert it after passing urine at bed time.

As a rule hormones in birth control pills should not be taken for more than 6 months, due to cancer risk at age 50, our suggestion to every woman is, once family is complete, get iucd fitted as it can be removed if due to any reason, the woman feels that she is bleeding more. Some daring ones do opt for ligation but in that case the woman needs at least 1 month rest, as it may look like 1 stitch from outside but internally the operation is as good/ bad as an abdominal appendix operation.

What do doctors mean by early pregnancy and prega news or I can gives one dark and one light line means wat does this...
A dark line is the control line. Light line may suggest two things. Either early pregnancy or low level of pregnany hormone beta hcg which may be suggestive of abnormal growth and may result in miscarriage. Pl repeat the test again in 3 days.

Take pulsatilla 30 1 dose 2 days before you start having your menstrual period. This will reduce that white discharge.
